3Step 3: Confirmation of Registration
A nonrefundable registration fee of 10% of the annual Tuition fees will
be collected on confirmation of the admission.

Upon confirmation of the admission , the following document should be submitted :
Copy of birth certificate of the child (Admission for nursery to class 1)
Copy of valid ID of the child ( like AADHAAR CARD)
Photo ID proof of parents. (like AADHAAR CARD)
Previous class report card (except Nursery)
Vaccination record
Four passport size photos of child.
Passport size photos of parents with child.
Transfer certificate.
PEN(Permanent Education Number) UDISE.
Blood group report of the child.
TC is not required for nursery admission , If the joining at the beginning of the academic
year.
Student coming from outside of India should attest their TC by the education officer of the
state/District/ Area from where the certificate is obtained . The seal and signature of the
Education officer has to be verified by that embassy in India and Indian foreign affairs
ministry .
If the student is locally transferred within India the PEN number. and mark sheet from
previous school has to be submitted.
4Step 4: Fee Payment
Once document are submitted and accepted by the school office parents may proceed to pay
the Tuition fees , Book fee and transport fee. Fee receipt will be issued by the school office.
First installment: Before 22nd March
Second installment: Before 22nd June
Third installment: Before 22nd September
Fourth installment: Before 22nd December
5Step 5:
Collection of book and uniforms from the school store by submitting the fee payment receipt.
Details of sibling discount can be obtained from the school office.
Examinations and Promotions
The Annual promotions are decided through a system of continuous assessment
throughout the year .Marks obtained in the annual examination alone will not
determine the promotion of the student. The total marks are divided among class
tests, Terminal Examinations and regular class works and assignments.
If student does not show steady and consistent progress in studies, he/she is not liable
to be promoted.
There will be no re –examination or examination out of schedule.
For being promoted a student must secure a minimum of 40 % marks in every
subject and 50% in aggregate .
No leave except on medical grounds will be sanctioned during the examinations.
Medical leave is to be supported by Medical Certificate. However, it is not a
substitute for examination . The overall performance of the student will be
considered.
A pass grade in value Education , SUPW , physical Education and Art craft will be
an essential requirement for promotions.
All cases of doubt regarding valuation of answer papers and promotion rest entirely
at the discretion of the principal.
A student who is unsuccessful in the same class for two consecutive years will
automatically be disqualified from the continuance of studies in the school.
