Registration & Admission
Registration does not guarantee admission. It will be subject to merit and availability of seats.
Admission in Class NLU
- The child to be registered shall have completed 3 ½ years on 31 March of the year of admission.
- Date of Birth Certificate:
- Aadhar card photocopy is compulsory.
- Birth certificate from the competent authority (Panchayat, Nagarpalika, Nagar Nigam).
- No other certificate from any other source will be accepted.
- Date of birth once given shall not be changed under any circumstances.
- The child must be accompanied by the parents during registration.
- Stamp-sized photographs must be affixed to the registration form and interaction slip.
Interaction Details
- Children must be able to:
- Recognize and recite English and Hindi alphabets.
- Count numbers 1–20, recognize colors, flowers, animals, birds, and fruits.
- Answer questions smartly and intelligently.
Admission in Other Classes
- Admissions will only be entertained in case of a vacancy.
- Prospectus with registration forms will be available in the school office in the last week of March.
- Written tests will include English, Hindi, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, and General Knowledge.
- The list of the children selected for admission shall be published on the School Notice Board on the date given.
- Admission of the selected children shall be taken on the assigned days. Those who fail to respond shall forfeit their chance.

The first installment of the fees shall be made in the School Office at the time of admission
Documents Required for Admission
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
- A photocopy and the original of the Mark List (Report Card).
- Medical Fitness Certificate certified by a government physician.
- Four stamp-sized photographs of the child.
- Permanent Education Number (PEN).
- Aadhar card of both the child and parents.
- Blood group report.

Withdrawal from School
Applications for withdrawal must be submitted in the prescribed form. Notices must be provided by:
- 15th April for discontinuation from June.
- 15th September for discontinuation from December.
- 1st December for discontinuation in the new academic year.
One clear calendar term's notice in writing or one term fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn. Transfer certificates are not issued until all dues of the school
are settled.
It is always advisable to write to the school about the problems of your ward for seeking guidance. Your letters will be replied to after discussion with the teachers concerned.
Registration fees would be non-refundable in the event of cancellation of admission or no show, when the academic year commences or when the time for fee payment is due, if the parent fails to notify the school in writing before the official dates for fee payment.
